You must have heard stories of people who achieved major body transformations—from beer belly to six-pack abs, from chainsmoker to marathon runner, from weakling to gym rat. Sure they’re inspiring, but it can get frustrating to realize your own fitness is flat-lining while those guys seem to be getting results on a daily basis. We wish we could tell you there’s some magic trick or well-kept secret they know about that they’re not sharing, but the truth is they achieved their results with a lot of determination, dedication, and drive. You don’t need give hours for fitness, to be fit and healthy all you just need to do is hear your body. Whether Gym or Yoga; do invest few minutes’ to your personal fitness routine.
Hey There,
I was always health conscious as a teen, gymming was my favorite by then. I immediately realized that yes indeed; I needed weight and strength training in a major way. The gym is the prime place to see freakouts – you’ve got steroid rage, people pumping and filled with adrenaline, and the general type of person who can get pretttttty intense for little to no reason. And that’s why this thread in caught my attention – it’s nice to be gym freak as a teen. I used to do all kind workouts and eat less. I was supper skinny that even a 26 waist jeans would not fit me.
I guess most of us do that when in school and college, But as time passed, I got involved with modeling and acting , the gymtime got less. I started getting use to it (mentioned in recent article click here).
As written in my previous article , I change my workout routine in every 3 month. I am a diehard foodie, I love eating but mostly I prefer home cooked food. As per eating habits, I have to keep in shape as work demands it. I don’t do weight training anymore. I rather prefer doing fitness training like running, crunches and stretching.
I won’t suggest anyone to hit gym and start body building that makes no sense. Hear what your body says; take slow step eventually you feel in love with it, as soon as you see results and you ll try to keep in shape. All you need to do is Hit Gym.

Yoga helps people tap into reserves of inner strength to find new hope, resilience, and happiness. For many who practice, yoga is the lifeline that connects us with that power within. When I practice yoga, we clear the space to begin to touch base with who we truly are, beneath the story, beneath the tragedy
Practicing yoga with attention to breath and sensation can release what’s constricting your physical body, letting you tap into—and work through—what’s happening on an emotional level, and giving you access to your true, blissful nature.
No matter if your practice is gentle or vigorous, it can have a profound effect. Yoga can calm an anxious state, elevate a depressed mood, and generally allow us to cope better with whatever life brings. And, as an act of self-care, it’s empowering.
Yoga is a time consuming process, but its effects last for lifetime. My flexibility is so much better. I am strong now and getting stronger. If you ask me I ll say I love both Gym and Yoga, I don’t push myself hard.
