India is truly “A Land Of Festivals”. In addition, We Indians love festivals and indulge in the celebrations like festivals, weddings, birthdays or any special occasion. So be it any occasion among these, Indians are always ready to jump out in their best and latest outfits to celebrate the extravaganza. Ethnic wear is my 1st choice when it come to weddings or festival, Yes I am a typical Indian girl who likes to dress up well, do my own hair ,makeup and do all the right things that goes well with the Indian attire. I am bringing you ladies what you can opt for according to your age when it come to right attire for wedding. And if you are the daring diva types then watch out for the Diva look.
YOUNG S GO FOR ROYAL ANARKALI LOOK 
My look for teen is long flowy Anarkali suits that can make any girl look regal, royal and beautiful. An anarkali suit is a combination of a long flowing kurta and tight fitted churidaar (leggings) with sheer chunni or stole completing the look.
Anarkali suits are heavy but complete the wedding or any traditional look. for young girls this look is perfect for wedding as you don’t want to look too dramatic or older.
Anarkali kurta is fitted on the bust and normally features large pleats flowing around the legs like an umbrella. Anarkali suit are very beautiful and any girl can dazzle in it.
Keep your jewelry quite minimal, don’t go overboard, a big Jumka or chandelier earrings is enough to steal the look. You can also go for matching rings and hand cuff just like me. Heels are must have in Anarakali suit as they are very long and flowing, go for size and style in heels something which are comfortable for you girls. Grab a cute bag or a clutch to complete the look.
I kept my hair and makeup quite basis for this look, with some shimmer gold highlight on eye and pink lip plus simple contouring.
This style went out of the fashion for some time but came back with a bang last year and is here to stay with most of the leading Bollywood divas making their red carpet presence and looking gorgeous in these suits.

WOMEN GO FOR LEHENGA STYLE
Honestly there’s no scope for window shopping and endless visits to all the places that are well known for LEHENGAS wedding. You MUST have some idea (color, design, style etc) of what you’re looking for in your attire to avoid getting hyper at the end of every visit. How about shopping online? There are plenty of new designer you should give a try. in case you are running out of time.
Lehenga Choli looks very feminine and elegant on woman. The ugly truth is that things that look gorgeous on others fail to bring out the best in you!! So what to do? If you are on heavier side on belly area you can drape it Gujarati style to hide some flaws.
Going for a season appropriate lehenga is the wisest choice. Velvet choli or blouse will look amazing if yours is a winter wedding; similarly full-sleeves with intricate work all-over or on the cuffs will keep you warm and look graceful. Or you can shop something like I chose to wear at my friend’s wedding, I brought this online, collection as usual is inspired from the era of Indian royalty, but of course with the hint of lady-looking, glamorous charisma. If pastels and beige are what you prefer along with a lot of shimmer and embellishments, this look will suite best for you.
Note – usually the jewelry comes way before the lehenga or it can be vice versa just make sure you coordinate the former and the latter to avoid a complete disaster. I brought this set of big earring that comes along with maang tikka from an exhibition for jewelry. This piece of jewelry is enough for the whole look so do go overboard ladies.
I also accessorize it with glass bangles, I guess no one prefers to wear glass bangles anymore, I just love the sweet sound that they make, you can too find what best you can pair up.
Go for some shimmery makeup and glitter as you are at your best friends at wedding. Curls always work well in wedding and choose some messy curls, pin it neat or use spray to set it.

Marriages, according to Hindu beliefs are made in heaven, and once you are married, the bond is supposed to last for seven lifetimes. It is considered to be a turning point in an individual’s life as he enters the second important phase of his life. I wish Ravi Pawan to have a beautiful married life and loads of happiness.
